I bought a copy of this in 1975 and it sat unread on my shelves for years. Now long gone but I suspect it must have been well-promoted at the time for me to have bought it on student nurse’s pay.
It is really good, if you ever come across a second-hand copy - perhaps you’ll be reunited with your own!

No! That’s the most impressive thing about it - it’s 288 pages!

The recent revival of Ragtime was the best show of 2024.
